When it comes to brands I'm not a one brand does all person. I have a whole range of brands that I love and whilst they're mismatched, they work for me. However when it comes to one particular brand I find myself buying more and more products from them. That brand is Garnier and today I'm sharing with you my Top 5 Products from them.
Ultimate Blends Restoring Body Lotion: When it comes to body lotions this is one of the best on the high street. This is aimed at dry skin and it's thick but not greasy and actually eases any dry skin issues. It applies evenly and doesn't make everything sticky. Not only does it
moisturise the skin it also soothes skin and smoothes away any dry
patches. It comes in a pump bottle which makes it a lot easier to apply and you don't have to worry about spilling it on the floor or the bed. A full review can be found here.
Ultimate Blends The Sleek Restorer Hair Mask: When it comes to hair masks there has never been one that works as well as this one has. It contains a mixture of cocoa butter and coconut oil that helps to smooth away frizz and flyaways. Slathered from mid lengths to ends and left on for five to ten minutes this washes away to give hair a smooth, sleek finish. When it comes to styling frizz prone hair this will become your best friend. Because it smooths hair to sleek finish means it's easier to style and there won't be a ton of flyaway hairs trying to escape. A full review can be found here.
Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask: This is the latest release from Garnier and they've totally put every other brand to shame right now. Sheet Masks are a big thing at the moment and most budget brands have either no sheet mask to their name or really bad sheet masks. This mask is infused with hyaluronic acid and pomegranate and promises to provide a week's worth of hydration in one thirty minute wear. And boy does it work. After one use my skin felt smoother, softer and definitely well hydrated. It didn't cause any problems for me with occasionally sensitive skin and my friends with oily skintypes have said it works well for them as well. And the best bit about it. It doesn't break the bank. At £1.50 full price you can't go wrong. A full review can be found here.
Miracle Wake Me Up Cream: One of my favourite products from Garnier comes from their Miracle Cream Range. Their Wake Me Up Cream is one of the most unique day moisturisers I've ever tried. Enriched with rice proteins, soya extract and a skin loving complex that awakens skin, this not only alleviates any signs of tiredness but also softens, soothes and helps combat signs of ageing. A little bit too thick to be worn under make up, this is the perfect cream to slather on, on no make up days or even after you've taken your make up off. A full review of it can be found here.
Miracle Sleeping Cream: This is my all time favourite product from Garnier. I've gone through pointless pots of this and will definitely go through more in the future. This is a very thick, nourishing cream that works overnight to help combat signs of fatigue and ageing. It softens skin and smooths away any fine lines, even helping diminish signs of dark circles and redness. It's perfect for putting on before an early start or at the end of a late night. The results are that astounding that I've recommended to several of my friends and they all love it. A full review can be found here.

Updated Morning Skincare Routine
For a while now I've been playing around with my skincare routine and finally I've found a morning routine that suits my skin perfectly.
To cleanse my skin in the morning I use the Clean and Clear Deep Cleansing Lotion for Sensitive Skin. I've been using this for close to a decade and nothing else seems to cleanse my skin as well as this does. As you can see it's a bright blue liquid that doesn't transfer onto the skin and it clears away any grime that may have accumulated overnight. It is can be pretty strong but I like that as it gives me that bit of a wake me up.
Then I move onto to Toning. And for that I go with my Vitamin E Refreshing Toning Mist. I love this toning mist for adding some extra moisture to my skin straight after cleansing and as a quick pick me up. This one has barely any fragrance and doesn't leave skin feeling uber wet but you can go a bit over the top with it. However it's not a bad thing in my opinion as it is more beneficial for the skin.
Next up is serum and my go to holy grail serum is the Clearly Youthful Hydrating Day Serum. I've lost count of how many bottles of this I've gone through since I started using this last year. It gives skin a brilliant moisture boost and helps create a perfect base for make up. This can also be used in the evening and when I've run out of my evening serum I pop this under my night moisturiser. I've written a full review of this and the entire range here.
Then it's on to moisturiser and I have two that I rotate between depending on what I feel my skin needs. The first one is the Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser, I use this most days over the top of my serum and together they create a perfect base for make up. As you can probably tell I'm very big on making sure my skin is hydrated. This is very light and little bit goes a long way and my skin feels smooth, soft and hydrated for the whole day.
And on days when I'm not wearing make up or feel my skin needs that little something extra I go in with the Garnier Miracle Wake Up Cream. This is very cooling and awakening on the skin and leaves sin feeling soft whilst locking any moisture you've put in there already. I love slapping this on on a sunday after my face mask routine and it leaves my skin feeling so nice. I wrote a full review here if you want to know more about it.
Finally it's on to eye cream and I think I may have found my holy grail eye cream. The Naturally Radiant Brightening Eye Cream is a godsend to anyone who has to fight dark circles everyday. With a blurring effect to the under eye, this cream not only reduces the look of dark circles but moisturises and perks up the under eye area. I slather it all over my under eye area and my eye lids. I've written a full review of this over here.
And that's it. Once my skincare is done I go and brush my teeth and let it sink into my skin before applying my make up and getting on with the rest of my day.

Review: Garnier Miracle Wake Me Up Cream
A little while ago Garnier released their Miracle Sleeping Cream and I fell in love with it. It's exactly what my skin needed. And last month they released their Miracle Wake Me Up Cream. And of course I was intrigued. Was it as good as their night cream? And what does it do to wake the skin up? So of course when I saw it on offer in Superdrug I had to get it.
This cream claims to help remove signs of ageing and fatigue whilst simultaneously smoothing and reawakening skin. A lot of claims in one cream. When I opened it and popped a bit on the back of my hand, my skin felt like I'd put a silicone based primer on the back of my hand. However as it sunk in, it left my skin feeling softer and smoother to the touch and it didn't look as dry as it had before.
And then it came to putting it on my face. I was worried about how this would react with my skin, if it would cause breakouts or sensitvity and if because of it's slightly silicone feeling texture would it actually absorb on my skin. And testing this was the only way to answer my questions. I first tried this when I was having a no make up day and was pleasently suprised by the results. Yes it has that silicone feel to it but it doesn't translate on the skin. It gives skin an instant boost and you can feel your skin waking up as it sinks in. Once it's been absorbed it leaves skin feeling soft to touch, revitalised and smoother than normal.
However when I applied it before my make up, it didn't give as good as I expected. I'm not sure if I put too much on or I didn't allow long enough for it to sink into the skin but once I'd applied my make up on top, it started to ball up and flake off in certain areas. I will be trying it again under my make up but I think it's one for me to wear when I'm not wearing make up.
But don't let that put you off this product. It does everything it says on the box and my skin looks better than before. If you have oily/combination skin then this will probably work brilliantly as a base under your base but if you have normal, combination or dry skin then I'd say use this as a pamper product. I'd recommend using this after you've done a face mask as your pores are more open and there is a better chance of it sinking in deeper and working more effectively.
Overall this is a brilliant product and I highly recommend checking it out but if you don't have many make up free days then maybe this isn't for you. I personally love having two days a week where I'm as bare faced as I can be and that's when this comes in handy. And if you're looking to complete your regime, I also recommend checking out the Miracle Sleeping Cream from Garnier. I wrote a full review of it here.
Have any of you tried this product? If so what did you think? Let me know in the comments.
