Marks And Spencer Beauty Advent Calendar Days Fifteen And Sixteen

Welcome back to Days Fifteen and Sixteen in my 25 Days of Beauty Series where I show you what I get in my Marks and Spencers Advent Calender.

In Day Fifteen's box I recieved a Studio 10 Lip Gloss. I don't plan on using this product. I'm not a fan of lip glosses and from trying it on the back of my hand, it's one of those horrid, hair stuck to your mouth kind of gloss. I'm definitely going to be putting this into my donate pile as I won't be getting any use out of it.

And in Day Sixteen's box I got the Diego Dalla Palma Eye Pencil in 01. Again this is a product I won't get any use out of as I don't use eye liners or eye pencils. I'll probably give this to a friend rather than donate it purely because of hygiene reasons. These two days have been a little disappointing for me but I'm sure we've still got tons of goodies to come in the last week of the calendar.

Marks And Spencer Beauty Advent Calender Day Fifteen

Welcome back to Day Three in my 25 Days of Beauty Series where I show you what I get in my Marks and Spencers Advent Calender.

In today's box I recieved a full sized Diego Dalla Palma Cigilione Lash Booster Mascara. With a waved bristle brush, this mascara works to not only give lashes volume and definiton but also to strengthen lashes as well as promoting natural growth. It's perfect for all lashes but those with sparse, widely spaced lashes are more likely to benefit more from this.

I was intrigued by this when I opened the box this morning. The brush is like no other that I've tried before and I was looking forward to trying it. And it's not a bad mascara, it gave my lashes volume, definition and made my eyes look wide awake. And usually after a few hours my lashes have drooped and fallen flat but with this I still had definition in my lashes a good six hours after I applied it. It hasn't flaked, smudged or transfered in any way but I can't say it is sweat or cry proof so I'd still definitiely choose a waterproof mascara if you know you'll be having a good cry.

Marks and Spencers Beauty Advent Calender Day 11&12

Welcome back to Day Eleven and Twelve in my 24 Days of Beauty Series where I show you what I get in my Marks and Spencers Advent Calender. I have to apologise for not posting Day 11 on the 11th but I was out late and didn't get a chance to write the post. So I thought I'd pop the two days together.

In Day 11 box I recieved a sample sized bottle of Josh Wood Full Bodied Shampoo. It's a shampoo designed to work with coloured hair and contains Rice Proteins to protect the hair. I don't have coloured hair so I won't be using this but my mum does so I may give it to her and get her thoughts on it for my calender review.

And in Day Twelve I recieved a Diego Dalla Palma Lipstick. I believe it's a limited edition shade as when I looked at them online I couldn't find the shade anywhere. It's a beautiful peachy nude shade which I think they chose as it will suit a variety of skintones. It's a sheen finish lipstick which also makes a nude shade a good choice as they are so much easier to touch up than darker bolder shades. A full review will be posted once I've given it a proper try.

I'll see you all tomorrow for Day 13.
